We publish websites (affiliate platforms, e-commerce and content sites). Our priority is the satisfaction and the loyalty of our users. Thus, the protection of your personal data is essential as far as we are concerned. This document has been written with a view to informing you of how and why we collect and process your data.
Eldogency SAS complies with the amended law - 6 January 1978 - relative to computing, files and freedoms (CNIL registration no. 1871397) and the General Data Protection Regulation - 27 April 2016 (RGPD).
The Data Protection Officer (DPO) is Alexandre Durand. As the general manager of data protection compliance at Eldogency SAS, the Data Protection Officer is primarily responsible for monitoring compliance with national data protection regulations and laws, including the users’ rights to privacy, information, access, rectification as well as any oppositions.

With your consent, Eldogency SAS may send you messages (newsletters, product information, service and / or commercial offers from Eldogency SAS). These messages may contain advertising inserts for commercial offers from third-party partners but will never be dedicated to a third-party partner. These third parties will under no circumstances be entitled to use any of your declared data.
You can unsubscribe very easily by following the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each message.
Our messages may also contain open and click tracking devices, the rules for which are detailed in Section 9 of this policy.
6. More details on the Eldogency SAS policy on invoice certification
Eldogency SAS uses Kiwiz invoice and asset certification solution, to meet the demands of french gouvernement (2016 finance law).
Thus, Kiwiz stores some certified documents (invoices and credit notes) resulting from the orders made on Eldogency SAS websites, for the legal duration according to the article L123-22 of the commercial code.
7. Secure storage of your personal data
Eldogency SAS makes every effort to ensure the optimum security of your personal data.
The administration of servers, workstations and our network is under the responsibility of the President and a highly qualified server administrator.
Our servers are located in a highly secure data centre in France.
This data centre is perfectly equipped to ensure data security, both from a physical and digital point of view:
Presence of an operator 247, fire and electrical safety, video surveillance, firewalls and redundant bandwidths.
Your personal data is kept in accordance with all regulations in force.
If you are not a client or affiliate partner of Eldogency SAS, your data is kept for 3 years.
If you are a client or affiliate partner of Eldogency SAS, your data may be kept for more than 3 years, for administrative and / or legal purposes (accounting, tax, proof of connection...).
In accordance with the regulations in force, your personal data may be transmitted to the competent authorities upon request.
8. Your rights concerning your personal data

In accordance with the amended law - 6 January 1978 - relative to computing, files and freedoms and the General Data Protection Regulation - 27 April 2016 - you are entitled to demand the communication of your personal information and request that any personal data which is inaccurate, incomplete, out of date or whose collection, use, disclosure or storage is prohibited may be rectified, completed, locked or erased (as required).

9. More details on Eldogency SAS policy regarding trackers and tracking pixels in emails
9.1 Nature and purposes
Our electronic messages may contain trackers, including tracking pixels and redirect links, to measure message opens and clicks on contained links. These trackers constitute operations to access or record information stored in your terminal equipment under Article 82 of the amended French Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, and Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC (the "ePrivacy" Directive).
They pursue the following exclusive purposes:
· Measuring the performance of our email communications (open, click, and response rates)
· Evaluating the proper deliverability of our messages
· Adjusting the sending frequency of our communications
· Better understanding interest in our content to improve its relevance
· Automatically unsubscribing you from our communications in the event of prolonged inactivity
Data collected includes the recipient's email address, open/click date and time, IP address, device/browser/email client type, and message/link IDs. These trackers collect no sensitive data under Article 9 of the GDPR, and resulting data is never shared with third-party partners.
9.2 Legal basis
These trackers are implemented solely based on your consent collected during your subscription to our electronic communications, under Articles 4(11) and 7 of the GDPR and Article 82 of the amended Act of January 6, 1978.
This consent is independent of receiving our messages: refusing measurement trackers does not affect your subscription, product/service delivery, or order fulfillment.
All purposes listed in Section 9.1, including deliverability evaluation, rely on this consent. Only operations strictly necessary for the technical transmission of our messages—which do not use trackers—are exempt.
9.3 Withdrawal of consent and objection
You may withdraw consent at any time as easily as it was given under Article 7(3) of the GDPR via a link at the bottom of every message titled "I no longer wish for my email opens and clicks to be measured". One-click activation without justification halts open and click tracking within seventy-two (72) hours.
This link is separate from the unsubscribe link in Section 5: activating it does not unsubscribe you from receiving future communications.
You can also configure your email software to block automatic remote image downloads, neutralizing most tracking pixels.
9.4 Automatic unsubscription in case of inactivity
For data minimization, you will be automatically unsubscribed after thirty-six (36) consecutive months without opens or clicks. This does not impact orders, your account, or service delivery, and you may resubscribe anytime.
If you opted out of open and click tracking under Section 9.3, inactivity tracking is disabled, and you will remain subscribed until you manually request unsubscription.
9.5 Retention periods
Eldogency SAS keeps proof of consent and records of withdrawals/opt-outs under Article 7(1) of the GDPR. Your opt-out is stored indefinitely across all mailings; no new requests regarding trackers will be sent for at least six (6) months.
Open and click measurement data is retained for thirty-six (36) months, then kept exclusively in an aggregated, anonymous format for statistical purposes.
9.6 Subcontracting and exercising your rights
Email routing and tracking are managed by our routing provider acting as a processor under Article 28 of the GDPR based on documented instructions and a data processing agreement.
Beyond the link in Section 9.3, you may exercise rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and objection with our Data Protection Officer as detailed in Section 8 of this policy.
